When members choose doctors in the top tier, they are choosing physicians who are high-performers in three core areas: care quality, appropriate care and cost-efficiency. They will pay lower in-network member cost-share amounts for care from these top-tier providers, which can also help lower costs for their employers over time.

How it Works
We use nationally recognized quality metrics to group providers into tiers. Physicians whose ratings are in the highest performance groups are displayed in the member account with a Tier 1 label. Members can quickly find in-network doctors, medical groups, hospitals, pharmacies and urgent care centers. They can search for providers by ZIP code, gender, specialty, languages spoken and other options. Provider Profile pages will indicate a provider’s tier and performance scores on quality, appropriateness and cost-efficiency.
To compare benefit tiers, members log in or create a members account. Registered members see what they can save on deductibles and copays when they choose a Tier 1 provider.
